  • OFDM: either 1705 (2k mode) or 6817 (8k mode) carriers on 7MHz VHF or 8MHz UHF channels
  • Subcarriers: either QPSK, or 16QAM, or 64QAM
  • MPEG2-encoded video and audio streams
